When we were introduced to the broker at The Mortgage Lending Group, we were in the middle of renovating our bathrooms. We discussed our refinance options and had to complete our bathrooms to move forward. Our broker was very patient and the renovation ended up taking a year. Our broker contacted us periodically and when we were ready, we completed the new mortgage. Our broker wasn’t pushy and helped to guide us into a mortgage for our specific needs. In the past three years we have utilized Leslie for two home purchases. Our first home purchase was to upgrade our primary residence. We were given a Mortgage Option via the builder’s mortgage professional. We had our own broker of choice work for us too. The rate and terms that Leslie worked up, saved us money and we even walked away from the builder’s incentives due to the overall savings within a short time. We love our dream home. Thirty months after our first purchase we needed a home for our disabled daughter. Leslie worked out the mortgage via FHA financing. Her knowledge helped us to save money for taxes, insurance and to homestead the property correctly. We will refer The Mortgage Lending Group again. We love both of our homes.
Good Communication was provided. I was kept up to date with issues. My home was purchased via an Auction that the bank owned the home. We had issues with dealing with an out of town Title Company, it was never easy. Leslie was handling every obstacle with patience and perseverance. The rate and terms that were presented to me were upheld. Leslie even went above her duties as a broker and assisted me in obtaining and connecting my utilities. The lender was requiring me to carry Flood Insurance and Leslie had this issue removed by the time we closed. The level of service I received at The Mortgage Lending Group was excellent. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Leslie did everything expected or desired and more! Leslie was a joy to work with. We had many questions and needed to try and accomplish a mortgage that would be flexible with needs of cash flow.
